Many students in poverty stricken neighborhoods in Venezuela are participating in a program called “ The System “ The system allow students to study music, arts, and dance after school with specialists for free. Music is considered play and communal part of their day. Classical music is a savior for thee students who are dealing the violence outside their classroom walls.
